My mission: help teams ship products that matter, ethically and sustainably, and enjoy doing it. In practice, that means clear roles and decisions based on facts rather than on whoever talks loudest. With results you can actually measure.

Off-sites and Team Building
At Nowshak, we run team off-sites and immersive team building, including a 'deciding under pressure' format inspired by Brazilian jiu-jitsu. To bond a team around something other than a buffet.
How I work
Four principles I apply everywhere, whatever the size of the programme.

Outcomes before output
'Ship an SMS channel' is not a goal. 'Move activation from 70% to 85%' is. I put a measurable outcome behind every initiative, and we stop the ones that don't produce one.

From vision to backlog, by value
The product vision is the house you dream of in three years. The MVP is the first version you can live in. Epics are rooms, features are fittings, user stories are what ships in a sprint. Plumbing goes on the blueprint, not in afterwards.

Clear roles
The Product Manager owns the why. The Product Owner and the engineers own the how. The roadmap is built together. When everyone knows what they decide, you stop having the same meeting twice.

Rituals that earn their slot
Sprint Planning confirms a goal prepared beforehand. The Definition of Ready is a guide. Sprint Review shows finished increments. A retro with no concrete action never happened.

Each card is an assignment, each column the year it started. Move them around: the board keeps count of the load.

Transformation at scale for 2,200+ people (hybrid Spotify + SAFe model, 60+ coaches): squads, guilds, PI Plannings, fully visual training. Then in private banking: first release of a customer mobile app shipped in four months, in a regulated environment.
